🛖 Day 1 – Arrival & Orientation and First Ayahuasca Ceremony
- You’ll arrive at the retreat center surrounded by deep Amazon rainforest.
- Meet the shamans, facilitators, and fellow participants.
- Receive a cleansing plant bath and light food aligned with the dieta.
- Evening talk to prepare you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for your first ayahuasca ceremony.
🌌 Day 2 – Second Ayahuasca Ceremony
- Free time for quiet, journaling, or nature walks.
- Learn about the sacred plants used in the Amazon.
- Nightfall: Your second ayahuasca ceremony—a powerful opening guided by icaros (healing songs).
- Expect visions, emotional release, or deep insights (each experience is unique).
🌿 Day 3 – Rest & Integration
- Morning rest and reflection after the ceremony.
- Group integration circle or one-on-one support with the team.
- You may feel lighter, clearer, or emotional—this is part of the healing.
- Optional walks in the jungle to connect with the land and its spirits.

- More deeply prepared now, you enter your second ceremony.
- You may revisit memories, receive visions, or feel energetic cleansing.
- The jungle itself becomes a living presence—animals, trees, stars, and nature feel more alive and meaningful.
